Crazy Days

It's finally warm enough for me to show ankle. This is a big deal for NYC. We've had snow all this month. It's ridiculous. Although despite the ankle, it was drizzling steadily, hence the umbrella. I despise being wet/getting my hair wet when its straight. This was photographed on quite a weird day. I won't go into detail, but it involved getting lost, interrupting several bible studies, an attempt on being recruited for a pyramid scheme, and me uttering the phrase "I would've rather them be sexual deviants". Needless to say both me and the boy were glad that was over.

Fast forward to today, I'm off to work and then a small get together for a coworker and close friend who is moving to a new job! I'll miss her at arms reach! I love when you find great friends in the workplace. Makes a job much more enjoyable! Hope everyone has a great Friday, and weekend! ♥

Hey guys! I wore this for a gloomy day at work and a trip to Target with the boy! I love the floral blazer that I bought in my haul. I received a ton of compliments. As I'm writing this, I'm laying with the boy watching Parenthood. We stumbled across it on Netflix and I've heard some great things about it, so we started it and are loving it. We're currently on the last available season, which is season 3. We plowed through these seasons in 3 days. It's really interesting! I wish I could have spent all day watching it, but I had a meeting on my day off, so half my day was gone. By time you read this, there may or may not be a week or so that has passed. I don't always post my outfit posts right after I take them, because I don't write them until days later. I'm almost playing catch up! Plus at times I have other things I want to post so I like to space my outfits even more. Hope everyone's day is great!

I loved this outfit. So effortless but the shirt is so cute. I wore this to work. It's a general work outfit for me. I love neutrals and these leather sleeves let me show some of my "flavor" at work. I hate feeling so limited. I can wear skinny pants, but no jeans. Skirts must be arms length, dresses as well. no sandals either. I feel limited to slacks though. What do you guys wear to work? Let me know! ♥

I almost didn't write a post today because I was struggling getting dressed. I know this outfit isn't super special but it is typical Trina and I liked it well enough! I was just dying to wear this necklace that I bought shopping with my sister yesterday. I think it looks like a row of spikey bullets. So cute, and at under $10, it's a steal! This is the first real ootd that my boyfriend has shot for me and I think he did a great job! Hope everyone is doing well.
