The Eyeshadows: These eyeshadows are so buttery and pigmented. I don't wear eyeshadow often but I think it would be amazing for a night out look. I had fun playing with these because they blend so easily These colors are gorgeous and really compliment brown eyes!

The Eyeliner: I absolutely love liquid eyeliner, so my criticisms on liners can be a bit harsh. That being said, I'm not loving this liner. I wanted to love this, and with the first swatch and application, I thought I would. It was very black and slightly shiny which is much different than most liquid eyeliner that I use that are super shiny. However after I did one eye, it was like the liner kicked the bucket. No color was coming out, even though I was pressing and tugging against the lid. I shouldn't have to tug with liner. Then when I squeezed the base(that's what she said) of the liner, there was so much product spilling out. So I thought, maybe it was a fluke and it would work. And it did, but it was a grayish barely there line. It took me about five minutes of tugging to get a wing done. Something is telling me I just got a crappy one because the reviews for the liner on Birchbox are great. It has all the fixings of a great liner except for that fact that mine doesn't distribute product. The tip of the liner allows for versatility and its a perfect size to get a great grip on it so that your hand stays steady. And really, this is the cutest packaging for a liner that I have everrrrrr seen, its a shame mine doesn't work!

EDIT: Birchox was a total GEM and sent me a new one. It's more matte than glossy which is great for an everyday look. Loving it so far!!

I definitely want to do a makeup look post on this palette. It's something I've never done before and I think it'd be cool to do! Stay tuned!!
